Growing Up…

A thank you to the publisher/author for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.

First off, I honestly do not read many memories or biographies. No real reason, I just don’t do it but on a rare occasion. The pitch got to me when you are really trying to figure out what you want to do with your life. I’m almost 37 years old and I still don’t have a clue. Good to know that not everybody had or has it figured out. Sanjiv sure didn’t at first lol.

What I Liked

It’s a story about someone trying to figure out what he wants. I felt like I went on these trips to different places with him and experienced the struggles of a work visa. I mean damn.

I like that while he did have to explain situations I didn’t feel like I was dozing off because it wasn’t too overly descriptive.

I liked Sanjiv and the way he responds to things. I know of wish I was like that at times.

What I Didn’t Like:

The story is about pacing so it does go on about some things and relationships but thats a very minor dislike and that was all I could think of lol.

Not a bad story and I rather enjoyed the journey. I am still kind of amazing at the school he went to and the unpleasant experiences. Wow.
